It is with heavy hearts that we have to report the death of Ken Ingleton.
Ken was a well respected Borough and Parish Councillor, who also gave his time to many local organisations and projects.
In addition he was a fountain of knowledge on all aspects of our Island’s history and it was due to this that we invited him to become one of our trustees.
Ken’s knowledge on all matters both practical and historical has been of immense help to us over the years. His latest contribution in the form of a museum guidebook will serve as a lasting memory of his commitment to preserving and promoting Sheppey’s rich aviation history.
Rest in peace Ken. We were lucky to have you as a member of our team.
